How to Connect/Pair Bluetooth Speaker (or device) to Macbook

This is how you Connect/Pair Bluetooth Speaker to a Macbook but of course every bluetooth device works the same way. I am using OS X El Capitan V. 10.11.6. If you are having issues with the pairing or you can't hear any audio from the speaker or device then reset the device to factory settings sometimes thats what i have do.
